    Hi All,

I have some queries with Symantec Mobile device Management :-

    1. Does it supports the mailing system which( using exim 4.7.5{MTA} on Unix platform) emails with adequate controls on Smartphone’s based on Apple iOS, Goggle Android 2.x and 3.x, Nokia Symbian and Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.x, blackberry OS 5.x

    2. It supports the Lotus notes mails (Please let me know the Lotus notes versions it supports).

    3. Does it have remote lock feature (If yes than please mention the supported mobile plateforms)

    4. Password policy same as lotus notes use. ?

    5. Supported plateform with all versions.

    6. Does it have Data loss Prevention feature (Client shouldn't have rights to connect its mobile and use Memory card or storage).

    7. Does it supports calander Sync.

It supports ActiveSync for any device that supports ActiveSync, and includes an agent for iOS.  An agent is forthcoming for Android.  Remote lock is possible for iOS, and remote wipe is available via ActiveSync for most devices.  You can enforce password complexity rules through the iOS agent or through ActiveSync.  DLP is available for tablets.  It supports calendar sync in that you can use ActiveSync to roll out calendar sync options, or iOS agent to configure a Calendar profile.
