  • 1.  Question about 12.4 RU4a

    Posted Feb 24, 2014 01:24 PM

I recieved and email about a critical update  and downloaded SEP and SEP for SBE updates for 12.1 RU4a.  Once I burned to disks I looked at the versions.txt file and they are the same as the current install disks.  Downloads were done through fileconnect has usual.

The 4 and 4a are the same.  Something's not right.  What's up here?

    SEP Client Version 12.1.4013.4013
    SEPM Version 12.1.4013.4013
    SIS Version 12.1.4013.4013

Is only the SEPManager that gets updated with this update and the clients stay the same?

    Thanks,

The vulnerability only affects the SEPM, clients remain unchanged and do not need to be upgraded.

    Hello,

After the update. The SEPM push out Update to the Server/Computer and Update SEP on everyone computer. Should something like that should happen?

    Thanks
