I made a client install package that only installs Antivirus and Antispyware...well I was looking at the logs and saw that Network Threat Protection was activating on those clients.  I was also able to disable and enable this from the run command, and the green dot would turn to a ( / ).  What gives?  I don't want anything but the AV and AS installed and taking resources away from my servers...BTW this is just in a VM environment now as we are doing some thorough testing before we release.
