This issue has been solved. See solution.

I am a fresh man on Lan-Enforcer product. Could some one tell me what the difference between root and admin is?

 For Superuser access, log in as root.

The default password is symantec.
The console command prompt for root is Enforcer#.

 

 For Normal access, log in as admin.
The default password is symantec.
The console command prompt for admin is Enforcer$.
