question about SSR (Server and client) et SSR desktop edition.

Hi everyone,
Can you help me please, i have a problém...

1/ I would like take a backup (all OS+ Soft +++++) for 10 desktop (Windows 7) machine from an administration consol (Installed in Server 2008 r2).

I find SSR, i install it on a server 2008r2 but i cannot monitor the 10 client from this console, i have this error:

Error E0D3EBC0..... i cannot deploy the clients....
    * i Disable FW,

      * Connection is ON,

i don't know waht's a problem,

maybe because the client it's not installed, but i don't have the package for the client....

2/ My second question, what's the number of License, just 1 SSR server edition ??? and the client  ???

Whats the actual error message ?

One license per machine where the backup agent is installed.

The message error: Error E0D3EBC0 impossible to deploy Agent,

I don't know the maniere to deploy agent ..

Then finally i need one license for SSR server edition and 10 license for every agent ?

IF you also want to backup the server yes. Regarding the error - give this one a try:

I will try the solutions and come back to you,

I want to make a backup of 10 machines from the server and save them on the server (just the machines and not sereveur)....

Hi,
i try the three solution but none worked

I have virtual machine VM1 who i have install SSR server and vm2 to deploy a client, but i can't deploy the agent

This error occured when i try to connect to client machine:
Installation file agent missing

Yesssssss this is my error:

Description

Cannot deploy the agent

But I do not know what I should do :(

Use the workaround mentioned in the link I posted above.

The current workaround is to launch the SSR console manually outside of SSR Monitor and then upgrade the agent.

Then, i have to install SSR monitor in VM1 and SSR console in VM2 ? and the agent ????

I Sorry but can you tell me how to start SSR manually ?

Just launch/open the SSR console in the normal way, not via SSR Monitor...
