Question about uninstall mechanism of msi

When 2 msi's contain the same shortcut and one shortcut is uninstalled, will the uninstall of one of the 2 packages remove the shortcut or will it detect that the shortcut is part of another msi ?

Question about uninstall mechanism of msi
In such scenario, only one shortcut will be installed at any point of time. For example-
We have two MSIs A.msi and B.msi. If A.msi installed first and then B.msi,
1. On uninstallation of A.msi shortcut will be not be remove as it belongs to B.msi.
2. On uninstallation of B.msi shortcut will be remove as it belongs to B.msi.
So, always the last installed MSI will take care of removing shortcuts installed.
