  • 1.  Question about using GSS2.0

We reciently upgraded a number of machines to Dell 1850/2850s and a few 1950/2950s all with Perc Raid controlers, yet on our pervous machines we could (using Ghost 2003) create a boot CD and make an image to a (large) USB HDD at a rate of a 800 hundred gigabites per hour, yet now neither version will create an image of these servers (although we are currently using the trial of GSS2.0).  We would like to refrain from instaling any non-critical software to these machines because they are web servers and any extra program just eats up vital system resources.

There is no error when creating an image to a USB HDD, in fact there is no visable USB HDD at all on the 1950's at all, and on the 1850's it takes about 24-32 hours to make an image of a 135gb HDD over USB 2.0 to a 250 gb empty USB drive.
