Within Enforce is there any way to have the Advanced Filters and Summarization view open at all times? It seems so silly that you have to click on the Advance Filters and Summarization every single time to enter either a new ID or sender name, etc.

Nope. There's nothing available to configure to make these always expanded.

You can do what you expect to do. there is no predifine feature as per your above requirement but still it is possible achive this. You dont need to use everytime for any filter/sumarrize as per your common requirement everytime.

You just have to create a customize filtered/sumarrized report to add your usual parameter.

For example , I had requried to search for any incident so eveytime i need to change all filters like 30 days to all dates etc. but later i have created cutomized filter with all and sumarized filter as Incident ID. So next time whenever i required to search anything ,i just click on saved seach report to input Incident ID and work done quickly.

I think this will fulfill your requirement to do things efficiently.
