I'm new at Workflow so sorry if these are dumb questions

    1. Is there a component that can connect to Service Desk and allow the creation of a new Incident / Change Request from Workflow?
    2. Does the Workflow components for Acitive Directory work with 2008 AD?
    3. Does the Workflow components for Exchange work with Exchange 2010?
The reason I am asking this is because of the "New User" video HERE

I appreciate any and all answers of course.

Most of the connectivity to ServiceDesk from Workflow is done via the SD.Components DLL. This is delivered in ServiceDesk installation. And yes, I'm 99% sure theres a CreateIncident/Change component in there.

I'm fairly certain the ActiveDirectory library works with AD2008. Unsure of the compatibility with Exchange 2010 tho.

I looked into this and found an object called " Create Ticket and Wait for Status"

I tried using it and when trying to set a specific thing that should connect to SD like the category, I get an HTTP error
The error is "http://mySMPserver.Company.com/aexhd/webService.asmx blah blah blah can't be found"

Now isn't "aexhd" for helpdesk 6.x?

Create Ticket and Wair for Status is an HD component and as such is geared for NS6 (the ticket involved here is an HD ticket, not an SD ticket)
