questions on licensing

We buy PGP Desktop Pro & would like to know:
- How can I manage the license on pgp (symantec) website?
- How can I recovery the license when pc/laptop failure?

I would also like to know this. I need to transfer a license to a new PC and was wondering how to do this.

You can just install PGP on the new computer, enter your original licensing info, and uninstall from the old computer.

I want to remove PGP from a pc that hasnt got internet access and install it on one with internet access. How would i transfer the license from the non-internet pc to the one with a Internet connection?
