We currently have SYMC MULTI-TIER PROTECTION 11.0.2 RENEWAL BASIC- 12 MONTHS EXPRESS BAND A (14056011), is there an upgrade to 2.0?
We are up for renewal, does that mean we would get Endpoint Protection 12.x? And is SBS new for SEP?
Or would this be the Protection Suite, SPS?
This whole thing is super confusing.

SEP 12.x SBE is a bit diffrent than SEP 11.x
But 12.x is not a newer version for 11.x
11.x is for 100 or more computers . It is best suited for bigger organizations.
12.x is for 100 or less than 100 computers.. 12.x is a software best suited for Small Business Edition

So we want to renew our SEP 11.x MultiTier Protection, but I don't see MultiTier Protection as an option.
So if I renew this, what am I actually renewing? Will I get the new SPS Enterprise Edition then? Or just stay on the same thing?

I'm sorry for all the questions, the vendor we use is not helpful at all when purchasing.
Hopefully just one more, he sent a renewal for the MutlTier and sent another with a different price for SPS Enterprise. Is that correct? Or should the renewal of the MultiTier automatically get me the SPS?
