Is there a way to display on the worker console(lower left corner) incidents besides Incidents assigned to worker? Can it show owned by worker too? It is pulling from the queues, is there a way to tell it to display other incidents? Thank you.
You can make dashboard
You can make dashboard modifications to show other incident counts for workers.
I have not done it in awhile but I believe this involves editing dashboard.ascx. I may be able to dig up an example for you.

So for example
Incidents Assigned To Me (15)
Applications Support Incidents (100)
Clicking on the links will provide them a list of the incidents.
Queues,,,
