Hi - I have 11.0 and 12.1 media and install base and need to upgrade to 12.6.7 for obvious reasons .. how do I obtain 12.6.7 media and is the upgrade from 11.X a free upgrade ??
cheers Geoff
Geoff,
OK - will persue the 12.5 sp4 entitlement .... thanks for your help .
Sorry. I should have said 12.5 SP4 or 12.6.7 entitlement. The 2 versions have all the same security fixes. The main difference is that 12.5 SP4 is for customers with the box product. 12.6.7 is for customers using pcAnywhere Solution which ships as part of IT Mgmt Suite and Client Mgmt Suite.
Thanks - one last question .. could I run an 11.5 Remote connecting to a 12.5 SP4 Host ??
cheers Geoff
No. Unlike previous upgrades/updates, all machines must now be on the same version.
