I have observer there are 3 major problems in existing SEP Setup recently after upgrading MR2 o MR3 -

A. Frequently Login Problem to the SEPM Servers

B. Clients moving/reporting to wrong Groups randomly                            

C. Clients trying to register with wrong domain id

Existing Setup: There are three sites (SITE-A, SITE-B and SITE-C).SITE-C is the DR site, SITE-A, SITE-B REPLICATED to SITE-C. 

I have tried to validate the SQL DB in all our SEPM DB servers using the “dbvalidator.bat” tool (Supported by Symantec) as the SQL services stops frequently and login fails into the SEPM Server.  

Also in the log file, I found the following message for all three servers:-

Is "dbvalidator" tool specific for any specific version? 

So kindly assist me “What could be the reason and how do I resolve these issues?”
