Attempting to uninstall and old, non-working client (SAV Corp Ed, 9.0.x) to replace it with newly acquired 10.1.6 client. The only error message received is "A problem has occurred, cannot load Symantec AntiVirus" while attempting to run the install from the CD. All other items from the CD can be run/installed fine. All other workstations have run Setup from this same CD.
Removed all traces of SAV from the system & registry.
Any ideas? This PC belongs to the company's owner- HELP!!
