Hi forum,

I am getting this error for all my reports which reads as "Query not found". The actual queries for each report under Events tab are running fine. Can you help me with any pointers?

SSIM version under reference is 4.5. MR1

First I would upgrade if possible to MR2 + HF8 at least.

Are the queries you using private or public? What the preview in a report says ? if you create a new report with just one of those query, does it work?

From my vendor i came know that MR2 is not a stable one. He suggested me to go for 4.6 version upgrade directly. So i want to know if MR2 is stable? Also can you help me with any documentation for the same?

I do not know about public or private queries. I have My Queries, Published Queries, System Queries. All my reports run using the Published Queries. Anyways, i have managed to copy my queries again and its fine now.

But its still puzzling me as to how did all my queries go away.

If this is happening in the Dashboard and you have applied you might want to try this:

If your DASHBOARD.xml is overwritten while applying MR-2 you can recover the dashboard by copying the DASHBOARD.xml file from

/opt/Symantec/sesa/servletengine/webapps/imr/xml/usersettings

to

/opt/Symantec/sesa/servletengine/simsuersettings/username folder
