  • 1.  RAAD Log tab error Altiris Agent 7.5

    Hi Guys!

    After updated Altiris 7.1 to 7.5, I came across with this error while using the RAAD 2.1.24.0

    And nothing is show in Log Tab <<<<

    Well, after long time trying to figured out the solution, I saw something:

    Altiris Agent 7.1 Log:

    <event date='Mar 07 23:40:00' severity='4' hostName='......

    Altiris Agent 7.5 log:

    <event date='03/07/2014 18:54:25.8270000 -03:00' severity='4' hostName='

    I think that the different date formats cause the issue, I still working to get the solution or any manner to change the output date format.

    Anyone have the solution or the same problem?

    Does that version of raad support 7.5 as that could also be a factor? There are a couple of raad like tools created specifically for 7.5 so you may wish to search for them based off of say diagnostic.

    I found it:

    RAAD 7.5, its works only Altiris 7.5 version.

    I can see the logs now :)
