When trying to use RAAD to reomte to a machine post MP1.1 v2, receive error 'Altiris Agent Not installed. Access Denied'. This is regardless of account used. Anyone have any suggestions? It work fine on the machine, but that reders useless the ability to remotely diagnose clients. Thanks!

Can you browse to \\machinename\c$?

I've actually had an issue with RAAD for a long time but only with Tasks for the most part. Other pieces are working OK. With tasks I get the error "The remote server machine is not available." I am running rollup 3 and it is working mostly. I would check that the C$ is accessible and that you can manage the machine from either Computer Management remotely or from the registry to make sure that all services are functioning.
I've got a lot of issues with this as well. Machines with agents installed are throwing back errors.
"Altiris Agent not installed. Unable to connect"
the agent is installed. I can browse to \\hostname\c$
If I connect using computer Manager - I can see the "symantec management agent" service running OK.
There is now firewall on this machine.
We've had this as well but it presents for us as not being able to browse \\computer\admin$
On these computers we hit it with the following script, reboot, and then it's all good:
REM Set IRPStackSize in registry
reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lanmanserver\parameters" /v "IRPStackSize" /d "37" /t "REG_DWORD" /f
Edit: No, we have no idea why this doesn't affect all of our computers, or even why it happens in the first place.
Yes, able to browse. I will give reg change a try. Thanks!
I have seen similar cases where the DCOM access on systems have been switched off, or where there was DNS issues and resolving to an incorrect system. Maybe this is something to consider too.

I must have been what you suggested EugeneDisc, because now it is WORKING. Thanks for your help and suggestions all.
Don't forget to mark his post as the Solution.
You may have had this problem:
"Uninstalling pcAnywhere disables DCOM Service"
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH109673
in which case you might need to do a job to restore DCOM on other PCs too.

I've received the error 'Altiris Agent Not installed. Access Denied.' because the computer fell out of the domain.
