I am using the RAAD tool to display some diagnostics for an Altiris client. In testing, everything appears to be visible, with the exception of the Patch Advertisements. RAAD does display some information regarding the Patch reboot and update schedules, however, it does not display any information regarding Bulletins or Advertisements.
In an effort to troubleshoot, I was using the Health Checks to try to resolve this. I get green checkmarks for SWD, Task, etc, however, I receive a yellow warning icon under Patch Health Results. It appropriately detects that I have SUA and Inv Rule subagents, however, under Vulnerable, it states Unknown, and IAD Size/Modified Date states Not Found.
Searching a bit further indicates that this is likely referring to an InventoryRuleCache.IAD file, which should display some arbitrary data about which patches are available, however, I cannot locate this file on the target system. However, there *is* an InventoryRuleCache.IBD file... Deleting this file has no effect, renaming a copy to .IAD has no effect, and, perhaps most strangely, right-clicking on the target system in RAAD and choosing Actions > Delete Rule Cache (IAD) actually *does* delete the .IBD file.
Does anyone have any ideas about what I might be missing? This is Altiris 7.5 SP1, I tested with and without firewall enabled, and RAAD otherwise appears to function just fine. I am using RAAD 7.6.1383.0 for diagnostics.
