Ralus for HP-UX

Hi,
I have installed ralus on an hp-ux but the machine does not appear in the list of resources under linux/unix machines (I assume it does not advertise itself correctly). I added the hp-ux to the user-defined selection but when I intend to browse it I using the root account backup exec says:
failed to log on to 10.245.0.104
logon account root
Access is denied
All help and hints are welcome,

Still having trouble with
Still having trouble with this but I guess there is no documentation or knowledge out there and that would be okay if the ralus actually worked.
Make sure root is a member of
Make sure root is a member of beoper group on HP-UX machine. Also, alternatively try using another user. Create a new user, make it a member of beoper group. Try using it as logon account in Backup Exec. On BE server, make sure "Backup Exec Agent browser" service is started and then restart RALUS on the HP-UX machine. That should show it in favourite selections.
