Good morning -- I'm not sure if i am asking at the right spot, but i have a Norton Internet Security question and the portal that comes up when a threat may be found re: new hardware or programs.

The last two days i have been flagged that "rbqasftav is trying to contect with the server. would you like to allow the connection?" i have said no, because i have no idea what rbqasftav might be! I googled it and dug around your FAQ but got no hits.
So here's the question: What the heck might rbqasftav be and how do i determine if it is a good witch or a bad witch?
(if this is the wrong place for this question, please direct me otherwise.)

Thanks
John Watertown, Mass.
