While attempting to deploy an image I receive the error "Rdeploy: The partition is not relocatable"
I assumed it means the destination drive, I cleared the partitions,, created a new partition using the entire drive space and then formated it with NTFS. Still the same result.
The image is smaller then the destination drive
The image is from dissimilar hardware than the destination, which I anticipate problems perhaps after the imaging process, but I would expect it to at least begin.
I have set the SATA operation on the destination to combination or compatibility mode.
Destination is a Dell optiplex 210 L
Source is a Gateway E6100 (a behemoth of a machine)
Found a PDF on line with Deployment Solution Errors, it says "the partition is not relocatble" How enlightening!
Any information on this will be greatly appreciated
