RDSM checkLicense and other messages

Hi
I have a problem with deduplication option for NBU 7.x
I can't add Disk Pool on properly configured master/media server. After adding a Storage Server the Disk Pool wizard ends with message "Cannot connect on socket, RDSM checkLicense".
I can display (using netstat) opened ports for nbrmms, I can telnet to these ports from other machine. And I'm pretty sure that network (routing, name resolution, firewalls) works fine.
And I'm out of ideas ... do you have any clues?
