Re-added target account not being archived

Hi all.

I have a problem with EV9

I removed a user from "targets" for a couple of weeks but now that I have re-added him his email account is not being archived.

Have I missed something?

Hi Tracy,

Do you have the provisioning task set to run on a schedule? Try running it and then run the archiving task.

Check your event logs and the Provisioning Report for errors arround this mailbox.
