    Hi we have the same issue and currently using NS 6.0.674 I am looking in the solutions but cannot see SP3R12 - any pointers?

    Our current agent on the clients is 6.0.283 is this okay.

    I can see the inventory solution update 6.1.2004 our current version is 6.1.1075 but reluctant to upgrade if I don't have the core NS version correct.

    Hi Cat, You do need to upgrade to have proper Win 7 support, both for the core agent and Inventory. Otherwise any inventory you do gather will be incomplete or inaccurate. I started a new thread for your question.

    Also the r13 its listed as it's kb article number, I think it is update 50836 our similar (sorry limited a bit by my phone atm...). It should show up if you choose the inventory upgrade, or under hotfixes in category view in Solution Center.

    Check our the release notes kb article on the Symantec support site. There are a few issues but nothing major
