These jobs are scheduled jobs

These jobs are scheduled jobs so you don't know exactly what happened when they try to run.

Try a backup job which runs immediately.  Select a small file and point the job to the destination  of the scheduled jobs.  This way you will know if the destination is o.k..

If the scheduled jobs are backing up to tape, check that there is that there is no other tape jobs running at that time.

Go to Tools ---> Options --->

Go to Tools ---> Options ---> Database Maintenance.  If database maintenance is enabled, check what time it runs.  The default time is 11 p.m. which clashes with the time of your jobs.  If there is a clash, change either the time of your jobs or the time of the database maintenance.

Hi, Do you point those jobs

Hi,

Do you point those jobs to specific slots if you have an autoloader? Check to make sure those partitions haven't been deleted for example.

First thing to do would be to do a services restart.

I would then suggest going into your job, and checking that it's pointing to the correct devices.

once done, try a backup again.

Laters!
