  • 1.  Real time reporting

    Morning,

    I am running SEP11 and TriGeo on my domain.  TriGeo is reporting in real time when a client picks up a virus but SEPM is not reporting for several hours or not at all.  I know that SEP is catching and cleaning/quarantining the viruses but my boss really wants to see it in real time on SEPM.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

    The SEPM does not do real time reporting, sorry. It takes time for the clients to submit the logs and the SEPM to process said logs.

    That's what I thought, now I have to go explain it to the boss.  Thanks for the quick reply.
