Real Time System Manager

I am Running RTSM version 7 on NS 7 and all my clients are displaying "No data to display" in the resource Manager.

I am using WMI To pull the information, the account I am using has domain admin rights.

any thoughts?

Initial thought

My 1st thought is are the WMI services disabled on the clients? I have seen that in the past.
Check for it.
