    Hi all I think i messed up my question and i closed it out to quickly. Basically I tried the suggestion listed here is a screen shot. Any help is appreciated.imagebrowser image

     U must update to latest version of SEP.

    Just install the downgraded to any version of symantec and after a reboot just upgarde the desired version

    This worked for me.

    jus remove all wxisting old files..and reinstall fresh...

    Jeff, if you look below the Session Manger key, is there a folder (or key) called "FileRenameOperations" ?
