U must update to latest version of SEP.

Jeff Just install the downgraded to any version of symantec and after a reboot just upgarde the desired ...

jus remove all wxisting old files..and reinstall fresh...

Jeff, if you look below the Session Manger key, is there a folder (or key) called "FileRenameOperations" ...
