I have a reboot PC task but it doesn't have the option to bypass maintenance window. How do I use this task outwith the maintenance window running on that PC ?

If you choose New Schedule to schedule the task (you can choose "now" as the time if you want it immediately) and at that point you get the option to override maintenance windows. Don't think you can on a quick run.
