check the log files in x:\program files\altiris\altiris agent\logs or there abouts.

there should be a log file for every task executed in the preboot.

Is the image correctly captured, but the reboot is all that times out?  How long does it take to capture the image successfully?

Agree with Nelson regarding the pre-boot logs.  Let us know what you find.

The image task is completed successfull, but the reboot to production can't execute (in the console showed waiting for the agent, and , ) and after mark failed with timeout , the time the capture image is 2 hours aprox.

Have you any idea what is hapen?

    Thank you
