    Hi there:

     

    I need to know that from where we find log regarding Symatnec Messaging Gateway send notification to recipient aginst some policy voliation

    When we send a notification, we do not log anything if it was successful. If there was an error, it would be in the BrightmailLog.log file.

    It shows up in message audit logs. If it says it sent the notification, then you need to investigate if your SMG in genral is able to send notification, if those noitification can be routed to the email domain you are sending them to, and that you have configured the notification recipient address correctly in the policy.
