    I am having problem with some gmail users. Getting these errors:

    The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect. Learn more at

    [xxx.xxx.com. xxx.xx.xx.x: socket error]

    Any mail that comes in, arrive on the symantec messaging gateway. I would like to know whether there is a way to troubleshoot the problem. For example log files having the details.

    Strange thing though is that I just tested with my gmail account and mail delivered immediately. We are having problem only with a few users.
