Do we have recomendation settings for windows 7 on SEP12.1 from SEPM management side since all windows xp are going to migrate windows7

You will need to uninstall the SEP client first if upgrading the OS then re-install SEP.

There is no change be require in sep client while upgrade the OS.

Thanks, I was asking about SEPM policy and exclussions and any other we need make sure that applied on the SEPM to avoid any other issue.

You are going to ugrade the client from Window xp to 7. All the policy/exclusion which was applied in your xp was similar in window 7. No change in it.
