Yes, Symantec Mobile Management ties into Altiris or SCCM and supports iOS, Android, and others.  You could also install Symantec App Center for similar MDM functionality.  If you need antivirus/antimalware for Android and Windows phones plus device and application management for Android, Windows, and iOS, you should purchase the Mobile Suite, which gives you access to Symantec Mobile Management (SMM), Symantec App Center (SAC), and Symantec Mobile Security. (SMSec).

The installation of these products is not easy for a proof of concept -- I'd recommend working with Symantec or a Symantec partner.  App Center has the benefit of having a hosted option which would reduce your setup time.  If you wanted to try to set these up yourself, you'll need 5-6 servers and can download SMM and SMSec through SIM and App Center by contacting Symantec or partner sales.
