I'm trying to run recover /D and the application prompts for a domain name and password. I don't know what users are registered. We have a client administrator name and password, but it's not working either. What do I use to login?

    From the Client Admin Guide:

"You will be asked to authenticate with a Client Administrator account name and password. If the Client
Administrator account lacks the required decrypt drives privileges, you will be unable to authenticate. If you enter incorrect credentials three times, you will be required to wait one minute before attempting to authenticate again."

figured it out, the recovery disk i was using was for version 8.0, we have 7.0.8 installed. I used recovery disk 7.0.5 and it prompted with the correct client administrator login as you stated.
