Recovery Blob files lost

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Hi
Due to a mix up with the back-up guys, we have lost all of the blob files, due to a disc crash.
What is the easiest way to get the clients to start snapshotting from scratch again, without error.

Another option
Here is another option in the case that you still have some BLOB files remaining, or are able to recover some of them. This eliminates having to drop references to ALL BLOB files and instead only drops references to those that are actually missing.
