    Hello!
     
     
    First, I apologize for my bad English. I hope you understand my problem.
     
     
    Had installed on my computer windows 8 (x 64) with Symantec's Desktop encryption
    10.3.1
     
     
    before upgrading to 8.1, I made total of decryption unit. The computer crashes after bootguard screen login.
     
     
    Tried using the recovery CD to descriptogradar the drive, but I can't find my installation CD of PGP. What should I do now?
     
     
    I have data I can't lose on that computer.
     
     
    Current configuration: Windows 8.1 (x 64)
    Authentication method: aladdin etoken PRO 72k
