This issue has been solved. See solution.

When the Recovery Agent is pushed to a new client for the first time, the user is prompted with a 'Successful Installation' and then  after the first snapshot is taken, they are prompted again with a 'Successful Completion of their first snapshot'

Is there any way to disable these messages?

Steve

Most messages can be enabled\disabled

by configuring the Recovery Agent settings policies.

Default RS Agent policy

Steve,
You'll want to modify the Default Recovery Solution Agent Settings policy like Jim suggested.  You can hide the RS interface completely through the Agent policy configuration (when you modify the default Agent setup, the RS Agent package is also updated with the new configuration; ther eis an option like "Hide Recovery Agent UI" or similar).  I don't have my NS console available at the moment, but you'll need to update the RS Agent configuration along with RS Agent installation "push" tool.  There are some options configurable there (around rebooting, etc) that you may need to modify.

Interestingly, this is all covered in the RS Reference, and more information in the Release Notes  :-).

Thanks,
Kyle
