Recovery Solution 6.2 SP4 upgrade issue

Guys,

After upgrading Recovery Solution 6.2 SP3 to SP4, Altiris services [Altiris Recovery Server Host Manager (ping service) & Altiris Recovery Solution Server] are disappeared from services console. Can help me please ??

Is your RS database on SQL 2000 or 2005?  It must be on 2005, else it will fail to start (though, I don't remember it saying it would actually uninstall the RS server, which is what seems to be happening).  You don't by chance have an RS Server uninstall job active on the server do you?  What does the Altiris Agent log show?  Is it running an RS Server uninstall?
