    Hi,

    Symantec Corporate Edition unable to clear virus recylcer.exe in C:/ and many rootkit viruses are  not detected please help.

    on the C drive search for Autorun.inf --Open it you will find a path for EXE file submit that files to https://submit.symantec.com/Basic  /retail /Essential
    depending on your support contract.

    This recycler come from Pen Drives so first disable Autoplay in Group from Activie Directory Users and conputers.


    User Configuration -Administrative Template -System -TUun Off Autoplay.
