red marking in selected files to backup

I'm trying to backup some files in a policy  using Netbackup 6.5.3 but when i see the files they have a red marking 001 at the beginning of the filed and do not backup see attached screenshot.Any Ideas ?

data files

.ldf and .mdf database files are normally excluded from filesystem backup

good Will backing-up

As stated, "exclude" these files from your backup

& get your SQL admin to backup the d/b's to the "backup" area (per your screenshot) if not already & ensure you back this area up (as you probably are already!)

The red markings indicate

The red markings indicate that the file is currently in use and you cannot take a backup,if you take sql offline then you will be able to backup the files.
