Hi Friends

I'm Using a Windows Server 2008 ADS and I have to create about 500 users.

Please let me know any scripts are avilable to create users using CSV or by using a XLS file.

I think its not really related to Symantec Antivirus but I think here you can find a basic script http://www.microsoft.com/technet/scriptcenter/scri...
There are different kinds of script related to Active Directory. I think there you will be able to find a "template" what you have just to modify.
