Reg proactive threat issue

This issue has been solved. See solution.

           For the past few days we are facing issue in proactive threat scan update in few servers, whereas antivirus definition files are getting updated on a regular basis on those servers.

 

Here with provided you a screenshot of one such sample, kindly look in to this issue & provide us a solution for the same as early as possible. Since the issue occurred only with few

 

Servers we are little bit annoyed towards the same. So kindly help us in this regard…

In server os 
proactive threat protection will be off(by design)

Ref:Proactive Threat Protection status shows "OFF"
in the client interface

                this problem is affected in two servers only.but other servers are updated .what is the problem?pls guide us for this issue.wat s the solution for this issue.

I agree with aravind. PTP can be installed on a server OS, but it will not be enabled. So if the client is installed on the server, then the screenshot you sent is absolutely normal.
