    Dear Support,

    I have an user using PGP command line product and internally we have question about this product classification, for whether it is perpectual or subscription licensing. The full product name and part number are as below:

    SYMC PGP COMMAND LINE 10.1 XPLAT 4 PER CPU BNDL STD LIC EXPRESS BAND S ESSENTIAL 12 MONTHS

    7600XZF2-EI1ES

    SYMC PGP COMMAND LINE 10.1 XPLAT 8 PER CPU BNDL STD LIC EXPRESS BAND S ESSENTIAL 12 MONTHS

    7600XZF0-EI1ES

    It's perpetual.  The 12 months thing is upgrade entitlement and tech support from Symantec.
