  • 1.  Regarding symantec license subscription

    " An SEP user have a subscription but it has no available licenses , to activate the product on the device you can choose to transfer a license from an existing device" the user getting this popup so can you guide me what is the exact problem?

    Are you using the SEP.cloud version? If so, has the client been activated?
