Register Worker Node

I'm using Data Insight (v3) and am looking to move one of my filers to a new Data Insight server I've created. Is there an easy way to re-register the filer to the new server? I've tried running the registerworkernode.exe but it simply states it's already registered. Due to the daily load on the filer I don't want to re-install it. Is there something else I can do?

Harry - Did you ever find out if you could re-register the nodes without uninstalling the agent? I'm facing the same issue.
