Can someone explain this setting a little more in-depth? The documentation says "The registration time period is the time
period during which the client computer is un-enrolled from the Notification Server's registration policy. This happens only when the client computer tries to boot from one environment to another. Within the specified registration time, the client computer must again register back to the registration policy, failing which, the computer must be registered manually
"

I have a job where I run the following and I am trying to determine if the error is related to this registration time only being set at 5 minutes. What will this do if I increase the time?

Reboot to WinPE x64
Prepare Disk
Install OS
Reboot to OS

I am getting a failure booting back into the OS:

Status: Failed
Return code: -2147221005

Start time: 5/13/2014 11:06:56 AM
End time: 5/13/2014 11:21:51 AM
Total run time: 15 min 55 sec

An unknown exception was thrown.

CAtrsException exception, error = "Failed to execute task", OS error = 2147746291, at line 387

I did stumble on this article, http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=howto92285 . It adds some detail but this setting is still a little unclear.

I upped my time to 30 minutes and it didn't help. As soon as the AeXNSC.exe automatically downloads to c:\ and installs itself on the freshly built server, the agent registers with the SMP and then the job fails and returns -2147221005.
