Registry key for "Symmetric Encryption" in PCanywhere

Due to our new PCI /  PADSS requirments we need to update ~3000+ servers PCa host file from encryption type <None> to <Symmetric>.  I am trying to locate the Registry key this setting is stored in, in an attempt to automate the process.  All attempts to RegMon have failed and I am unable to find any information in the Symantec KB.

I have been able to find related information for PCa version 8.x however this will apply to a subset of servers running 9.x, 10.x and 11.x.  So my next question would be, if there is a registry key, is that key the same across all versions of PCanywhere.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Josh

The encryption is storred in the BHF file itself

The encryption is stored in the host bhf file.   So if all of your hosts have the same bhf you could just replace that with the updated one that includes the encryption changes.

Cheers.
