    Hi

    Can we include registry key in exception list from scaning in SEP 12.1.3 or we can only files & folders

    Not possible its only files and folders.

    registry keys are place holders for files and folders so symantec will detect if there is any change in common load points, these paths in registry will be checked and  correspondiing files will be deleted.

    I would be glad to answer your query.

    We can't include registry key in exception list from scaning in SEP 12.1.3 or even in SEP 12.1.4.

    You can create exception by choosing one of the following option.
